Veggie burritos for last night's dinner. It was good and filling, with enough leftovers to take to work today. We actually have quite a bit of leftovers I need to figure out what to do with - green beans, asparagus, radishes, some potatoes.
I want to be putting more time into pastries. Perhaps it's not time though, but effort. I want to start with a clean kitchen, early hour, a clear mindset, and patience. It's mostly patience that I'm lacking - I start working quickly, lose the focus, and the creation becomes sloppy and not attractive looking. I want them to be sharp, with vibrant colors and carefully placed decorations.
