Cooked sushi rice (2 cups rice, 1.5 cup water)
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
Baby shrimp (thawed)
Lettuce (kale / napa cabbage / etc.)
Tobiko (fish eggs)
Imitation crab meat
Scrambld eggs (2 eggs, a splash of milk, salt & pepper - cook until soft)
Mix the sushi rice with rice vinegar and chopped scallion
Mix shrimp, cucumber, lettuce, and mayo
Put the rice in a bowl, and drizzle a bit of soy sauce. Lay the shrimp salad on top. Place a scoop of each topping and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
