Schnitzel with Couscous
spices: salt&pepper, italian spices (mix), hungarian paprika, mustard powder
1 cup water
2 Tbsp butter
0.5 Tbsp veggie bouillon powder
spices: cumin, salt&pepper
1 cup couscous
Prepare two bowels: in one, whisk the eggs with some salt&pepper. In the other, mix the bread crumbs with the spices (including more salt&pepper).
Dip the chicken breast in the egg and the in the bread crumbs
Fry in grapeseed oil
Boil water with butter, bouillon, and spices. Once boiling, remove from heat and add dry couscous.
Mix to combine and let sit covered for 5minutes.
Serve together with a side of something crunchy (e.g. Cornichons pickles), and a special schnitzel sauce (ketchup combined with mayonnaise to create sweet perfection).
